AIHP experts have successfully planned and delivered several public health projects in different parts of Africa; applying cutting-edge research methods and in collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including government, business, academic institutions and nonprofits.

AIHP was commissioned by The Global Fund to Fight AIDs, Tuberculosis and Malaria, through the Local Funding Agent, PricewaterhouseCoopers to lead a consultancy assignment to measure the impact of the investments made to reform the Tanzania Medical Stores Department. This project was successfully delivered in 2020, with a publication in a leading scientific journal
AIHP experts were commission through Abt Associates to assess the potential health system impacts from proposed health financing reforms in Botswana. This project was successfully delivered in 2017, with a policy report to the Ministry of Health and a publication in a scientific journal.
AIHP experts are part of a pan African scientific effort comprising of leading global health experts drawn from Africa and the African diaspora, with the specific goal of generating evidence and creating policy decision support tools to guide Covid-19 responses in Africa.
